Shipping & Return Policy

The Crazy Nation ("we" and "us") is the operator of https://thecrazynation.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


General

Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or prefer a refund.


Shipping Costs

For all orders within India, free shipping is available when the order value is greater than or equal to INR 299. For orders in India below INR 299, an additional charge may apply. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

If your item has a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option, it will attract an additional cash handling fee.


Returns & Replacement

The Crazy Nation's goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience to all users. We offer a replacement guarantee if the product received is damaged or defective. Please contact us at help@thecrazynation.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.

Please note:

  • Color or print variations due to screen brightness/resolution will not be considered for returns/replacements.

  • The Crazy Nation reserves the right to decide if an order is eligible for a refund (only for prepaid orders) or replacement.

  • We do not accept returns if a product is disliked or ordered by mistake.

  • In case of disputes, you may be asked to ship the item back. After inspection, we may issue a replacement or full refund based on eligibility.

Custom products are not eligible for return or refund unless there's a manufacturing defect. Print quality depends on the resolution of the image uploaded during customization.

COD orders are NOT eligible for refunds. If there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement.

If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.


Delivery Terms

4.1 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.2 Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor shipment progress.

4.3 Transit Time – Domestic
Domestic shipments typically take 4–7 days. However, delays may occur due to weather, lockdowns, etc.

4.4 International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.

4.5 Delayed or Lost Orders
If delivery exceeds expected time, contact us at help@thecrazynation.com. We’ll investigate and determine eligibility for refund or replacement.

4.6 Change of Delivery Address
You can request an address change before dispatch by emailing help@thecrazynation.com.

4.7 P.O. Box Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. boxes if our courier partners don’t support it.

4.8 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the available products and contact you regarding the rest—either to wait or receive a refund.

4.9 COD Orders
Our team may contact you via SMS or call to reconfirm COD orders. You may cancel during this call if needed.

  • Payment will be collected by the courier at delivery.

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds, but replacement policy still applies.

4.10 Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged in transit, report it to help@thecrazynation.com immediately. After review, we’ll decide on a refund or replacement.

4.11 Return to Origin (RTO)
If the shipment returns due to failed delivery, we will re-ship it after receiving it back. Refund eligibility will be at our discretion.


Duties & Taxes

All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. If additional duties or taxes apply, they will be shown at checkout and added to your order total.


Cancellations

We allow no-questions-asked cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order. If your order is already processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
